Warranty Policy
Last Updated: February 7th, 2026
This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available for services performed through Wrstopia ("Wrstopia," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Wrstopia's services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Wrstopia Service Warranty Overview
Services completed through Wrstopia may include a 24-month service warranty ("Warranty"), provided by the servicing dealer or service center and supported by Wrstopia's platform standards.
This Warranty is designed to protect against defects in workmanship related to the specific service performed.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The Warranty covers issues directly related to the work performed during the approved service, including:
- Defects in workmanship
- Improper installation of parts used in the service
- Issues arising from the serviced components that were part of the approved scope of work
If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, the dealer may be required to repair or correct the issue at no additional labor cost, subject to review.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, drops, or impacts
- Water damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Damage caused by unauthorized third-party servicing or modifications
- Issues unrelated to the original service performed
- Cosmetic wear unless explicitly included in the service scope
- Parts or components not serviced or replaced during the original job
4. Warranty Period
The Warranty period is 24 months from the date the service is marked Completed & Delivered in the platform.
Warranty start and expiration dates are recorded in WRSTORY, your digital service history.
5. Revised Estimates & Warranty Scope
If additional issues were discovered during inspection and approved by the customer through a revised estimate, the Warranty applies only to:
- The final approved scope of work
- Parts and labor explicitly included in that approval
Unapproved or declined work is not covered.
6. Parts Integrity & Documentation
Dealers on Wrstopia agree to:
- No unauthorized parts swapping
- Full disclosure of parts used
- Documentation of service actions
All covered work is recorded in WRSTORY for transparency and future reference.
7. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty support:
- Log into your Wrstopia account
- Navigate to WRSTORY
- Select the relevant service record
- Submit a warranty request through the platform
Wrstopia may review:
- Service documentation

8. Shipping & Drop-Off for Warranty Work
Warranty work may require shipping or drop-off, depending on dealer availability.
Shipping costs during warranty claims may vary and will be disclosed before proceeding.
Insured shipping is recommended for all warranty-related returns.
9. Transferability
The Warranty applies to the original customer account associated with the service request.
At this time, warranties are not automatically transferable to subsequent owners unless explicitly stated in writing.
10. Dealer Responsibility & Platform Role
Wrstopia:
- Does not perform watch servicing

The servicing dealer or service center is responsible for honoring applicable warranty obligations.
11. Disputes & Resolution
If a dispute arises related to warranty coverage:
- Contact Wrstopia support through the platform
